About The Book

In this second book of the series, Marvin and his friend Amy travel back to the Directions Dimension. Together with their friend Apple, they journey through the Orange Ocean, the Water Town, the Desert of Loneliness, and a miraculous Garden Oasis to reach the Forest of Promises, searching for the White Star, which is said to be hiding in plain sight. The White Star is an object of great value to the Owner of the universe. Their enemy, the Beast and his beastlings, are also looking for the Star, so the race is on! The children team up with Azriel, a powerful warhorse, and together they face the dragon-like beastlings, vicious attack vines, and other perils along the way. They learn from Azriel that there is a war going on, the War of the Kingdoms, between the Owner and the Beast, and the children volunteer to help the Owner’s cause.
